According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.19 square miles (0.49 km 2), all of it land. Ī post office was first established under the name Osaga in 1869. It was renamed to Fulton in 1878, after the city of Fulton, Illinois. History įulton was originally known as Osaga, and under the latter name was founded in 1869.
